What is Daiichi Sankyo's Supplier Diversity program?

DSI is committed to utilizing the services and products of diverse and qualified businesses
not only to meet our business goals, but to broaden our sources for innovation and quality.
The supplier diversity program is designed to develop and maintain relationships with diverse
suppliers who provide services ranging from creative resources and information system support
to clinical resources and market research.

I am not currently doing business with DSI. How can my business become a supplier?

Suppliers who are not currently doing business with DSI, but wish to be considered for future
business should register in our database. By registering in the supplier diversity database, your
company may be eligible to participate in bidding processes for DSI service needs. Registration
by a supplier does not guarantee use of the supplier by DSI and/or any minimum amount of
business.

How long does registration take?

The online registration will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

What information do I need in order to register online?

When completing the online registration, the following information is required:

  • Federal ID Number
  • NAICS code
  • DUNS number
  • Company information
  • Address and contact Information

How do I register my company with the supplier registration system?

It’s easy. First, fill out the online registration form by clicking here. Then, fill in all of the required
fields, which will be indicted by a red asterisk (*). When completing the online registration, you
will need to have the following information available:

  • Federal ID Number
  • NAICS Code
  • DUNS Number
  • Company Information
  • Address and Contact Information

 

After all the required fields and questionnaire information have been filled out, press “Next” on the
screen. This will automatically save your company’s information and your business will be officially
registered with DSI.

 

Once a supplier has completed the registration, a confirmation e-mail (RECEIPT) will be sent. The
receipt should be maintained for future reference and to verify that the registration was completed.
The receipt also provides a link that allows suppliers to access their online registrations and make
edits to the information as needed.

I have registered my business in Daiichi Sankyo's supplier registration system, how do I know if my business will be considered for a particular project?

Registration by a supplier does not guarantee use of the supplier by DSI and/or any minimum
amount of business. By registering with the supplier registration system, suppliers are added to
the company’s internal supplier database and may be eligible to participate in bidding processes
for DSI service needs.

Once I register, what does Daiichi Sankyo do with the information collected?

Daiichi Sankyo gathers this information to collect and report on supplier data that is required in
order to provide the federal government with aggregate spend amounts for the different business
classifications such as small, large, HubZone, etc.

I am a current DSI supplier. Do I still need to register in the supplier registration system?

Yes, if you are a current DSI supplier, please register with our supplier registration system. By
registering, you will help our organization provide the federal government with aggregate spend
amounts for the different business th at we partner with (Small Business; Women-Owned Small
Business; HUBZone; Small Disadvantaged Business; 8a Business; Veteran Owned Small
Business; Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business.)

Why was I redirected to Intelleges.com when I registered?

Intelleges is a software company that gathers supplier profile and compliance information on
behalf of Daiichi Sankyo. When a supplier resisters in the DSI supplier registration system, users
are redirected to Intelleges.com. The information is gathered in compliance with Daiichi Sankyo
confidentiality requirements.

Daiichi Sankyo is a Federal Contractor. What does that mean?

Being a federal contractor means that DSI sells goods and services to the U.S. Government. Firms
that sell to the U.S. Government and meet threshold requirements must provide aggregate spend
amounts for the different business classifications annually.

How do I know if my business is considered a "current supplier?"

Current suppliers are companies that have done business with Daiichi Sankyo and have received
an access code. If you are a current supplier and do not know your access code, please e-mail
smallbusinessplan@dsi.com.

 

If you are a current DSI supplier and are not registered with our supplier registration system,
please register today. By registering, you will help our organization provide the federal government
with aggregate spend amounts for the different businesses that we partner with (e.g., small, large,
HubZone, etc.)
